Day Itinerary Accommodation
1 Departure from Cape Town International or another Airport to Tel Aviv, Israel. Dinner on board. In flight
2 Arrive at Tel Aviv airport. At 08:00 taken to hotel in Jerusalem. Day at leisure. Introduction to Old City of Jerusalem Jerusalem
3 Early morning, we depart for the Jordanian Border in a luxury air-conditioned bus. After crossing the border, we visit the ancient City of Jerash before moving on to our hotel in Amman. Amman
4 We visit the Royal Automobile Museum in Amman. Depart for Petra. Near Petra we visit a sight where, according to tradition, Moses struck a rock. Petra
5 Visit Petra with breath taking views of this amazing city carved out of rose-coloured rock. In the late afternoon departure to Wadi Rum for a desert experience in 4×4 vehicles, climbing dunes, admiring huge ochre coloured rock pinnacles and spending the night in your own luxury on suite Bedouin tent for the ultimate Bedouin experience. 6 We head back for Amman, on route visiting the world famous Madaba Map and Mount Nebo, where Moses had sight of the Promised Land before he died. We travel to the Israel border crossing and make our way to Jerusalem Jerusalem
7 Visit the Pools of Siloam, Mary’s Spring, Birthplace of John the Baptist and the Holocaust Museum. This is followed by a visit to the Scale model of Jerusalem and Shrine of the Book Jerusalem
8 We travel to Jericho where Joshua and his people entered the Holy Land. Here we visit the Fountain of Elisha and see the Mount of Temptation. On route to Masada we see the caves of Qumran where the Dead Sea scrolls were “accidentally” discovered by a local shepherd boy in 1947. At Masada we take a cable car up the mountain to the ancient fortress of Herod the Great. We then travel to the lowest place on earth – the Dead Sea for the unique opportunity to float on the salty mineral waters of the Dead Sea Jerusalem
9 Visit Mount of Olives, Pater Noster, where Jesus taught His disciples the Lord’s Prayer and then on to the Dominus Flevit (Teardrop church) where Jesus lamented over Jerusalem. Thereafter we visit the Garden of Gethsemane as well as the Church of all Nations. At Mount Zion we visit the church of St. Peter in Gallicantu, where Peter denied Jesus and see the ancient ruins of Caiaphas’ house where the Lord Jesus Christ was taken on the night of His arrest. We visit the Upper Room where Jesus and His disciples partook of the Last Supper as well as King David’s Tomb. Then on to Bethlehem to visit the birthplace of Jesus and the Shepherds Fields. 10 Today we visit the Wailing Wall, Temple Mount, Pools of Bethesda and follow the Via Dolorosa. We visit the Cardo and examine part of the Original City Wall that Nehemiah built. Following this we explore the Jewish Quarter and end the day with the Western Wall Tunnels Jerusalem
11 We leave Jerusalem and travel to Caesarea to see an ancient Aqueduct. Then on to Mount Carmel, where Elijah confronted the prophets of Baal followed by Megiddo where we overlook the breath-taking Valley of Jezreel (where the Battle of Armageddon will take place). In Nazareth we visit the Nazareth Village to experience village life in the 1st Century AD. Following this we visit Cana, where Jesus turned water into wine. Tiberias
12 We sail on the Sea of Galilee in a replica boat from the time of Christ. We visit places along the Sea of Galilee where Jesus travelled, preached and performed many miracles, including Capernaum, Tabgha, the Mount of Beatitudes and the St Peter’s Primacy Church. The day ends with a visit to the Yardnit Baptismal Site on the Jordan River. Jerusalem
13 A visit to Golgotha – place of the Skull – the area where Jesus was crucified and the Garden Tomb where we celebrate the Lord’s Supper. The rest of the day is at leisure. Then in the late afternoon it is time to make our way to the airport for our flight back to South Africa or other destination. In flight

Completed registration forms received are a preliminary reservation of your place on the tour. No deposit is required to accompany the registration form. A part payment towards the tour in the amount of R10 000.00 per person is due from the 1st March 2026 but no later than 4 months before the departure date, 2nd June 2026. In the event of the minimum requirement of 25 tour registrations & part payments not been met by the 2nd June 2026, your part payment will be refunded to you. However, with a minimum of 25 registrations and part payments received (used to secure land arrangement reservations), the tour goes ahead at which point the part payment now becomes non-refundable and you can then go ahead and purchase your airline tickets. This part payment amount will be deducted from your overall tour price. The balance of the tour price due is to be paid no later than 2 months before the departure date, 2nd August 2026.
